GATS is pleased to partner with Freeman as our service contractor. The button below will take you to Freeman online. When you became an exhibitor, your booth contact would have received an email with your login information. If you have used Freeman in the past, you can use your same login. If you don’t have a login, you can also follow the prompts to create an account once on the website.

Freeman online allows you to:

Order booth furnishings
Electrical, internet, AV, catering and other services
Shipping Instructions
Drayage/material handling fee for shipping booth and materials
Target move in dates and times
Information on sponsorship opportunities
Scheduling of meeting rooms or press conferences
And more…

For 2019, GATS is also pleased to partner with Convention Data Services (CDS) as the official registration provider. CDSs offers an extensive Exhibitor Dashboard for GATS exhibitors. You will be sent instructions on logging in to this dashboard once you’ve submitted a completed Exhibitor Application.

Your Exhibitor Dashboard allows you to:

Register your Booth Staff
Purchase Lead Retrieval
Send official GATS invitations to your customers

For 2019, GATS is also pleased to partner with a2z as the official provider for Exhibitor Profiles. You will be sent instructions on logging into your profile once you've submitted a completed Exhibitor Application.
