The Great American Trucking Show is an interactive and all-encompassing public convention of trucking professionals. More than 500 exhibitors with 50,000+ products meet at GATS, representing truck, trailer, engine, component and parts manufacturers, among many others. GATS exists to create an interactive, energizing environment entirely focused on trucking’s improvement.

GATS will be held August 27-29 2020, at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, Texas.

No. Whether you are a retired veteran of the industry or just want to come and look at the big trucks, all are welcomed to attend. Please make sure you register online to avoid any admission costs.

If you are already registered, you can add someone by calling us at 888-349-4287 and choose Option 1 to speak with a staff member who will help you. You will receive an email confirming their registration.

If you have not registered yet, register yourself here and follow the instructions to add other people with your registration.

A confirmation email only goes to the person who registered the entire party. If you registered a ypurself or multiple people, check your spam, junk, clutter, or promotions email folder. Look for an email from eventconfirmation@xpressreg.net with the subject line: Registration Information - The Great American Trucking Show 2019. Still don’t see it? Please call 888-349-4287 and press 1 on the menu to ask to have your email resent.

GATS does not print or mail badges ahead of time, but bring your confirmation email to GATS and you can walk right up to any of our Express Registration stations to print your badge onsite! No need to wait in line!

The City of Dallas operates many parking zones around the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center and most are pay-to-park zones. There is one parking lot directly in front of the Convention Center, located at 650 S Griffin Street, Dallas, TX 75202. The parking garage that is adjacent to the Convention Center has plenty of space, but is $12 per entry. GATS does not benefit in any way from parking fees.

GATS has provided free parking for trucks and RVs at Fair Park located at 3013 S Haskell Ave, Dallas, TX 75223. TA | Petro has sponsored a Truck Parking Community that all are welcome to enjoy. The lot is 5 miles from the Convention Center so GATS has provided free shuttles to and from the TA | Petro Truck Parking Community that will operate during show hours.

GATS has partnered with onPeak to provide discounted rates at local hotels.  Click here to see a list of options for your stay.

Yes! You can make reservations with AABCO-Ready Rental Sales & Repair at 972-412-3500. Advance Reservation guarantees your mobility equipment rental. If you don’t make reservations, rentals will be on a first come, first served basis. The Power Scooter & Wheelchair area is located in Lobby c of the Convention Center, next to the coffee shop.
