INTERESTED IN A MEETING ROOM?

Need a place to have a meeting, party, focus group, award ceremony, interviews, etc?  A meeting room at GATS might be exactly what you need!

Just outside the show floor, the convention center has many side rooms that can be utilized by our exhibitors.  The rooms vary in size, and can be set-up exactly as you would need.  You can find room information and floorplans here. Information on C Meeting Rooms and D Meeting Rooms can be found on pages 1 and 2.

We rent the use of these rooms in half and whole day increments, and rooms can be rented between Wednesday, August 22, 2018 and Saturday, August 25, 2018.

INTERESTED IN A PRESS CONFERENCE? 

 Does your company have a big announcement? Maybe important information, a new product, or upgrades to a current product. Announce it at GATS 2018!

Just outside the show floor is the Press Conference Room.  This room is connected directly to the Press Center, so the press will be available and ready to write about your big announcement!

Have a product in your booth? Not a problem! Your press conference can be held at your booth! On our press conference schedule, we will notate that your press conference will be held at your specific booth.

Press Conferences can be scheduled on Thursday, August 23 2018 or Friday, August 24, 2018.
