GATS is excited to have you display equipment in your booth. To assist you in making the move in process as smooth as possible, please follow these guidelines
- All equipment must move in on Monday, August 19
- All trucks will have to go through the marshalling yard

- All trucks will have to be spotted on the show floor by Freeman (there is a fee associated)
- There is not to be more than 1/4 tank of fuel in the vehicle’s tank (convention center fire marshal will be checking before entry)
- Fuel tanks are to be locked and sealed
- Battery cables must be disconnected
- Ignition key is to be removed and placed at display location
- Vehicle operation is not permitted unless approved by the fire marshal and show management
- A truck wash will be available (form can be found in the exhibitor kit)
