As an exhibitor at GATS, you are required to provide a copy of your Certificate of Insurance by Friday, August 21, 2020. This can be obtained through your company’s insurance provider. If you don't have one or would prefer not to use them, continue reading for information on how to obtain other insurance.

We work with Buttine Underwriters Purchasing Group, LLC for event insurance at GATS. This insurance will provide coverage for the amount we request. All you have to do is submit the application and pay.

The application process is simple. Start by clicking here.

This insurance:

  • protects exhibitors who do not have commercial General Liability Insurance or who do not want to use their own insurance.
  • protects foreign exhibitors whose insurance will not pay claims brought in U.S. courts.
  • costs $65 per exhibiting company – regardless of booth size
  • also offers 6 month and 12 month coverage for exhibitors attending multiple shows.

On this screen, click the Application option in the General Liability section.

That will take you to this screen:

Fill out the information requested on this page.  For the Event Name drop down, choose The Great American Trucking Show.  Once you have input all your information, click the Rate It button.

The next screen you will see is this:

This screen will show you the rate you will be charged for this insurance.  If you are happy with this information, click the Fill Out Application button.

That will take you to this screen:

The first information you will see is pre-populated with the Event Information. You can scroll down, and will then need to fill out the Applicant Client Information section, and click Next Section.

You will then see this screen showing the agreement:

Review the agreement, input the information required, and click the Finished button.
