All exhibitors must provide a Certificate of Insurance indicating General Liability coverage with a limit of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence with a $2,000,000 aggregate limit. The Certificate of Insurance must be received for the event prior to the exhibitors being permitted onto the floor. Make sure the Certificate of Insurance names the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center Dallas, Freeman and Randall-Reilly, LLC as additional insured. Certificate holder should be shown as Randall-Reilly, LLC. You must provide a Certificate by Friday, August 14th.
